Leadership styles are very important in regards to an ever-changing economy and environment. It is the reason for populations to monitor and observe the leader's ability to collect data, manage data, and innovate data. It is called the message sent, communication is very important. Communications can build a state, and lack of communication can divide a state. The social influence of a leader is very important and valuable. Leaders demonstrate their leadership style through communication, precedence, and follow through or mastery of implementation. These conversations are to discuss the meticulous details, inventories of Oregon as a state. The discussion will go through the laws of the State, the businesses recorded in the state, and the methodologies in the state. Leaders need to hear from the populations based on gathering need assessments for each community to develop a stronger foundation and a more innovative future.
