We need to start treating Oregonians and the Citizens of the United States in their rightful position in this country.  The changes must be made.  YOU are the BOARD DIRECTORS and stakeholders of this STATE and COUNTRY.  It is our RIGHT as citizens and residents to make sure the government we elect, and their team reflect the goals, high performance, and excellence in standards we want them to perform.  A basketball or football team is practicing daily to be high performers, they are paid to be high performers, and such our government is our basketball team.  Our rights as registered voters should reflect these as a collective.

Voting me into office means, YOU want to make sure Oregon and the country are operated as such as these things.  Maslow's model for needs assessments and motivation assessments for a better world.  This is called humanitarianism, not socialism.  Having an actualization system as a civilization system is innovative, inventive, and futuristic, an improvement to capitalism and the system of oppression, and colonization.  It is our time to upgrade.  Our bottom line is human rights, and how we should be treated universally as a bottom line standard.  This means excellent health, excellent education, and training for professional productivity, excellent environment, ecosystems, green living, green zones of healthy old-growth forests, national parks, and excellent integration of funding, resources, and exchange for natural resources, luxury, leisure, technology, digital advancements, and shared commitment to the global productivity and advancement of social responsibility.  This means the end of punitive and capital punishment which have enough evidence that it is a failed system. "Tough on CRIME", has failed and is a failed system, defective, and has made us number #1 in the most imprisoned population in the world system, first world.  So, "Tough on CRIME" is not the best solution. Policing is not the best practice or solution, and violence is not the best solution.  We have enough evidence that shows Maslow's model of actualization systems are the best SOLUTIONS, to provide a solid base of resources for everyone's inclusivity, to create approval and achievement systems to attain as incentives, and to provide excellent services in health care, education, training, self-defense, and business, which is safety, security, and belonging creates transformative and change agency to all populations. Increasing the values and virtues of compassion, mercy, and grace in the curriculum for all populations, celebrating diversity, and developing those who are underdeveloped leads to a better future, this is the upgrade system.
